I was thinking the other day,
I’m not too upset with myself.
A smile emerged from the depths of somewhere.
I’m finally living life.
I’m doing what I’m suppose to do.
If it only happens faster.
If I get there already.
If I finally become the person I was destined to be.
If I finally accomplish what I want to.
And then I think maybe it’s better this way,
Becoming is better than being happy.
