Hey Beautiful People,
When I started this blog about 5 years ago, it was after the constant stream of rejection. My poetry was rejected, my short-stories were rejected and it just filled me with dread.
I felt that my dream of being a writer was in jeopardy and that I might not make it. I thought about it– continuing to go through this process, and maybe breakthrough or I can get to the readers myself.
And, of course, I chose the latter. I wanted to connect with my readers on a more personal level. I’m glad that I choose you because it has allowed me to grow close to my community.
Now I have 1000 followers, and I’m grateful to each and every one of you. Moving forward I want to, not only, post great content but also support this community and promote up-coming writers as well. Please, post links to your blogs in the comment section, and I will view and support them accordingly.
Also, I’m currently editing the first draft of my novel and upon further revision, it might need a little bit more work but I will keep you all in the loop.
